COVID-19 Club Guidelines

Members (paid up) can access to Limestone Trout Club property for fishing, cottage or clubhouse use. Members may invite guests, but limit the size of any gathering.

Please follow these guidelines so that we all may have a safe experience while visiting LTC.

  • Main Gate Entrance:
    • The main gate shall be CLOSED by members or the Property Manager and opened for passage only. Do not leave the GATE OPEN after entering or leaving.
  • Clubhouse:
    • Please exercise social distancing or mask use inside the clubhouse common areas if you encounter others not with your immediate party.
    • Access to the main floor will remain OPEN, but keypad LOCKED.
    • Access to the sub floor areas are always open.
    • If using the kitchen area – wipe contacted surfaces you have used.
  • Sign In, Fish Census, Badges
    • Upon arrival, all members must sign the Log book inside the clubhouse.
    • The LTC Board encourages use of the ONLINE form for fishing Census Reporting. However, there are paper census forms available in the clubhouse, cleaning room and in the cottage.
      • The online form makes tracking much easier and allows for quick visibility on use/catches.
      • Fill out the online census form at your leisure, after your visit. (NOTE: bring a pen/pad to keep track of all those fish during your visit!)
    • Member accessing their badges should return them after fishing for your next visit. Guests and immediate family members do need a visitor badge. Cleanse badges with wipes!
  • Grounds
    • Respect other MEMBERS personal space when moving about the property.
  • Cabin
    • Reservations for members can be made for 2022, here.
    • Any booked days will be subject to revoking based on changes in government guidelines. Requests for refunds will be honored if this applies.
    • The LTC Board MANDATES cleaning up before you exit your visit. This is not a new policy. Cleaning supplies are provided by the club and a checklist form is provided on the clipboard left in the clubhouse for you. Please sign the form.
    • There is no planned buffer period between reservations. Reservations are not blocked for back-to-back use by members. If you are more comfortable with no-use days before your planned booking, please book and pay for days beyond your visit to ensure “idle” days that meet your needs.
  • General
    • Observe “best practices” in washing and cleaning items you contact – to the extent possible given the indoor/outdoor environments at LTC.
    • Consider bringing a pen, personal sanitizer to use during your time at LTC.

NOTE: ALL FISH GREATER THAN 20 INCHES SHALL BE RETURNED
